In 1987, Bernard CASSAGNE created FORET RESSOURCES MANAGEMENT (FRM), a consulting bureau striving to implement sustainable forest management in tropical forests, improve practices in wood processing industries and develop renewable and sustainable energy sources over the long term.
He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences and is a renowned expert in forestry and support for the wood sector. He has worked in the heart of tropical forests for more than 40 years.
FRM’s first assignments were conducted on behalf of international development aid organizations and very quickly came in support of the economic operators of the tropical timber sector.
Our team is made up of multidisciplinary experts and holds more than 30 years of experience.
